Who is responsible
FRESHASIA FOODS LTD is the controller of any personal information described in this notice. The company's registered particulars are set out in the footer of every page.
What this site collects
This website is a set of static pages. It runs no analytics, no advertising, no tracking scripts and no third-party content. It does not build a profile of you, and nothing you do on it is reported to anyone else.
The enquiry form on the contact page is not connected to a mail handler. Anything typed into it stays in your browser and is not transmitted or stored by us. If that changes, this notice will be updated to say where the message goes and how long it is kept.
The only thing written to your device is a single cookie preference record, described in the cookie page. It holds a yes or no and nothing else.
Correspondence
If you write to us by post or by email, or telephone us, we will hold your message and the contact details in it so that we can deal with the enquiry and keep an ordinary business record of it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to trade enquiries and keeping proper records, and where we go on to trade with you, the performance of that contract.
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or the trading relationship, and then for as long as company and tax records have to be retained. It is not sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be erased where we have no continuing reason to hold it, object to our holding it, or ask for a copy. Write to us at the postal address in the footer of this page.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
Hosting
These pages are served by a hosting provider on our behalf. Web servers ordinarily keep short technical logs of requests, which may include an IP address. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version will appear on this page. Please check it when you next correspond with us.
